Hi, I'm Tristan

I’ve been visiting and riding the High French Pyrenees for years, returning time and again to tackle legendary climbs, explore quieter roads and discover what makes this region so special.

Climb the Road brings together those experiences to help other cyclists plan better holidays, choose the right climbs and make the most of their time in the mountains.

Why This Website Exists

When planning my own cycling trips, I found plenty of information about individual climbs, but very little practical advice on putting everything together.

Questions like:

• Where should I stay?
• Which climbs work well together?
• Which side of the Tourmalet should I ride?
• How much time do I really need?

Climb the Road is my attempt to answer those questions with clear, practical advice based on real riding experience.

My Favourite Climbs

Col du Tourmalet

The ultimate Pyrenean climb.

Col d’Aspin

Beautiful, steady and always enjoyable.

Col d’Aubisque

Spectacular scenery and classic Tour de France history.

Built for Cyclists, Not Algorithms
